The fund has a mix of global property interests. At the moment 20% of the fund is in bricks and mortar, ranging from Germany to Australia, and eastern Europe to China. They expect to add to this exposure as opportunities arise through 2008. They have been overweighting Asian property companies, and taking advantage of extreme caution driving prices down.
